Remi Carlioz is a multidisciplinary, award-winning creative director and cultural brand strategist with a strong conceptual, international and digital background.
He is currently Creative director and founder at studio paname, as well as Founding creative leader at NEOL. Previously, he was VP, Global creative director at Hey Dude | Crocs and just before that, he was Vice-President, Creative director for YITTY, the revolutionary shapewear brand launched by Lizzo, and before that Global creative director for PUMA.
He’s developed stories and campaigns to make content and products accessible to the widest audiences, by building bridges and connecting the dots between various disciplines, fashion, lifestyle, travel, arts & culture, luxury, working extensively with clients ranging from The Louvre museum to PUMA, Fenty x Rihanna to the Pompidou Center, Discovery channel to Egypt, the Eiffel Tower to Feather furniture, YITTY by Lizzo and Crocs.
Over the past years, Remi has led 40+ multi-channel global campaigns as creative director, including 9 with Rihanna, 5 with LIZZO, 1 with Selena Gomez, 4 with Cara Delevingne, 3 with The Weeknd, 2 with Big Sean, 2 with Kylie Jenner, 1 with Lewis Hamilton and many more in running & training (New York City Ballet, Usain Bolt, Olympics, etc.) and football (Antoine Griezmann, Olivier Giroud, Sergio Aguero, Arsenal, BVB).
With PUMA for 6+ years as Global Head of Digital and then Global Creative Director for the brand, he has contributed to turn the brand around and make it relevant to young consumers and profitable again.
Then, as Chief creative officer, he helped Beautiful Destinations reinforce its role as the largest travel media brand globally, and worked with countries and brands such as Egypt, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, the United States, Rosewood Hotels, Air Canada, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Rwanda, etc. He specializes in creative and strategy applied to modern nation branding for its clients.
Under Remi’s leadership, Beautiful Destinations became Agency of record of Jamaica and the United States of America.
Remi - along with Zak Davis and Grace Potts -, was co-founder and creative director of Never Concepts, the multidisciplinary creative shop based in NYC and Portland OR. At Never Concepts, he’s been working with clients such as Feather, BIOME, Asics, Affectiva AI, Healist CBD, Morocco, Beautiful Destinations, Jamaica, June Homes, Dharma, ZIP pay, etc.
Rémi is now leading studio paname, a full service creative agency decoding, translating, curating and activating cultural moments.
Born and raised in France, Remi lives and works in the NYC.
